Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAYT ZAYNAB SHOP and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the shop, an order, a product, a delivery, or these Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of BAYT ZAYNAB SHOP for claims related to the shop or an order will not exceed the amount you paid to BAYT ZAYNAB SHOP for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
